This is for anyone who's in the real estate industry, or for anyone who wants to get into the real estate industry. In this course you will find a word document to walk you thorough word-by word what I cover in the course presentation, which is also downloadable as a PowerPoint file; Most importantly is my valuation workbook, which I've created myself based on real residential appraisal reports, and which you can use to create your own personal real estate valuations!
